Product detailsThe Vulcan 60SS-10B gas range is designed to give operators greater flexibility in their commercial kitchen! The 60" commercial range is fitted with (10) 30,000 BTI lift-off burner heads and two standard oven bases. The sides, front, back riser, and the high shelf are made of stainless steel making 60SS-10B durable enough to withstand daily use in a high volume kitchen. Its interior is made with porcelain while the exterior has a corrosion-resistant fully-welded stainless steel frame that features a pull-out crumb tray. Every two burners have a manual ignition and one pilot to reduce gas consumption. Base interior of the left oven measures 26-1/4" W x 20-1/4" D x 14" H while the right oven's base interior measures 27" W x 26-3/8" D x 14" H.60SS-10B is fitted with a heavy-duty thermostat that heats up to 500-degree Fahrenheit. All controls for the thermostat are mounted in insulated side compartment. The interior includes four-position rack guide and fits full-size sheet pans side-to-side or front-to-back for maximum efficiency. It has a regular oven base that includes (2) racks per oven. The (10) 358,000 BTU burners are made of cast iron and feature lift-off heads for easy cleaning. Front burners are 12" W x 12-1/2" D; back burners are 12" W x 14-1/2" D to accommodate large pans and stock pots.
