Product Details About This Product Toilet partition door strike, designed to be used with 1″ HDPE solid plastic. Manufactured by Scranton Products, this unit is constructed from strong, lightweight, and rust-resistant extruded aluminum. Strike is predrilled for ease of installation. Features an appealing metallic finish and integrated rubber padding to deaden sound and provide solid closing. Strike secures to pilaster by a series of through bolts. A strike is the part of the partition locking mechanism that receives the latch bolt to hold the door shut. Located on the pilaster next to the door, the strike also acts as a keeper – a piece that prevents the door from swinging in the wrong direction, rather than staying aligned with the door frame. Scranton Products also offers a continuous strike, to block sightlines between the latching edge of the door and the nearest pilaster.
