Product Details About This Product ‘ Provide liquid soap just inches from your bathroom basins and faucets using this Bobrick lavatory mounted soap dispenser. The bright stainless steel top cover and spout sit above the counter (lavatory) surface. This dispenser’s body and shank pass through a hole in the lavatory top, and the valve and container hang below the surface. Refill the translucent, shatter-resistant polyethylene container from above or below the lavatory surface.
