Suitable to be use in cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and pizzerias, this floor mixer offers larger yields and a superior quality dough each time. The sturdy stainless steel, diamond-polished bowl with a 130 lbs capacity comes with a reversible function for thorough mixing of the batter. The bowl is powered by a 3/4 HP motor for an efficient and powerful performance. It is protected by a wire bowl guard for mixing the ingredients easily and keeping a check on food. Bowl jog function of this Dough Mixer helps the user empty food content and use the bowl to prepare the next batch. For handling heavy and large batches, a reinforced dough hook is attached to the mixer. The dough hook uses a two-speed 2 HP / 4 HP motor that rotates the hook at 104 or 208 rpm. It comes with both automatic and manual control system for complete control over the mixing task.
