Start by reaching out to us! We’ll arrange a discovery call or communicate via email—whichever works best for you. During this conversation, we’ll listen to your needs and recommend the best tier (Starter or Full Website) to suit your practice.

Onboarding Questionnaire

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send you an onboarding questionnaire. This helps us understand your practice and preferences so we can customize your website to reflect your unique approach to chiropractic care. The questionnaire will include:

  • Your chiropractic techniques and services.
  • Specific terminology (e.g., “patients” vs. “practice members,” “vertebral subluxation” vs. “misalignment”).
  • A list of ready-to-go pages we offer and space to request custom pages.
  • Your preferences for chat functions (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Chat).
  • Scheduling options—we’ll set up your preferred scheduling tool directly on the website.

Customization Begins

With your onboarding details in hand, we’ll get to work:

  • Brand Customization: We’ll incorporate your logo, brand colors, and any other visual elements.
  • Content Customization: We’ll tailor the text content to reflect your practice. If custom pages are needed, we’ll create them for you.
  • Photo Integration: Provide us with your photos, or we can use professional stock images from our library until your own photos are ready. For the live website, we always recommend you use your own photos.

Review and Feedback

You’ll have access to all written content for review. This is your chance to provide input and modify pages specific to your business, such as:

  • “About Us”
  • “Contact Us”
  • Special offers or promotions

We use a very easy and straightforward tool called Markup.io to make the feedback process extremely streamlined. Using Markup.io is as simple as opening the site inside Markup.io and leaving comments. We can even explain to you how to set it up on our meeting or we can send a Loom link, whichever you prefer.

Domain and Ownership

If you don’t already own a domain, we’ll guide you in purchasing one. The domain will belong to you, ensuring full control over your website’s address.

If you ever decide to terminate our services, the domain will remain yours, and we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth transition if you choose to move to a different platform

Setup and Optimization

Once the design and content are finalized, we’ll:

  • Set up essential tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Facebook Pixels.
  • Optimize the site for search engines to help patients find your practice online.
  • Add necessary legal pages (e.g., privacy policy, terms & conditions) and cookie notices for compliance.
  • Optionally help you set up Google Workspace for professional business emails.
