Pricing Information As every salmon is naturally different in size, full salmon sides vary slightly in weight. At checkout, payment is based on an average weight of 1.5kg. Once your salmon has been freshly cut and accurately weighed: • If your fillet weighs less than 1.5kg, we will automatically refund the difference. • If your fillet weighs more than 1.5kg, we will send a final invoice for the additional amount. This ensures you only pay for the exact weight you receive. How It Works 1️⃣ Place Your Order Online Select your preferred Fresh Tasmanian Salmon option (Skin On or Skin Off) and complete your order. An initial payment based on the selected option (using an average 1.5kg full side where applicable) will be processed at checkout. 2️⃣ Freshly Prepared Your salmon is freshly cut during our Wednesday processing to ensure you receive premium-quality seafood. 3️⃣ Final Weigh & Adjustment After preparation, your salmon is accurately weighed. We will either: • Refund the difference if the final weight is under 1.5kg. • Send a final invoice if the final weight exceeds 1.5kg. 4️⃣ Final Payment Any outstanding balance must be paid before delivery. This process guarantees you receive the freshest salmon possible while only paying for the exact weight prepared specifically for your order.
