A classic and multifaceted Sauvignon Blanc The grapes for this wonderful Sauvignon Blanc are grown on the Home and Morison Vineyards. The grapes were harvested on several plots to ensure a spectrum and balance of aromas. Although mainly fermented in the tank with a selection of aromatic yeasts, a small percentage of the juice, with a high solids content, was fermented wild in barrels. This proportion contrasts clearly with the fruity freshness and varietal purity of the batch fermented in the tank.
